First Look: The Renault MORPHOZ Concept

The MORPHOZ concept is Renault’s vision of personal, shareable, electric mobility of the future. The smart, modular, crossover vehicle is able to physically and technologically adapt whether it’s being used for a short commute, trip to the shops or a longer journey. The vehicle is able to recognize and welcome the driver but is fully shareable which features a number of autonomous technologies for improved convenience and safety.

Drawing on the Alliance’s new modular CMF-EV 100% electric platform, it offers a number of different configurations for power, capacity and range, as well as user options and boot space. The concept is faithful to the brand’s DNA embodying Renault’s Family Petal design strategy and heralds a new family of electric models over the coming years.

The Renault MORPHOZ concept represents changes in technology, society, the environment and human behavior. It is a key element of several transformational ecosystems which place sharing as a fundamental principle. Groupe Renault is already strongly involved in supporting the mobility revolution with products, services and solutions. Its strategy is to become a supplier of smart mobility solutions for the cities and regions of the future.

First Look: The Alpine A110 Légende GT

Alpine has revealed the new limited-edition A110 Légende GT, the most refined interpretation of the A110 to date. Limited to 400 examples worldwide, the A110 Légende GT takes the existing A110 Légende and adds bespoke design both inside and out, raising the A110 Légende’s elegant persona further.

The A110 Légende GT delivers heightened luxury to the A110 premium sports car. Bespoke styling elements for the interior and exterior form a sophisticated and harmonious design, meaning A110 Légende GT is set to become the most sought-after A110 so far. The special model is available to order now and can be reserved through the Alpine app.

The limited-edition model is offered in three colours – Mercury Silver, which is new to the Alpine colour palette, plus Deep Black and Abyss Blue. Pale gold Alpine monograms and 18-inch diamond-cut Serac alloy wheels, also finished in pale gold, contrast subtly against all three body colours. Translucent white LED taillights mark A110 Légende GT apart from other A110s.

World Premiere of the Citroën C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid

Citroën launches its electric offensive as it reveals its technological flagship, the C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid ë-Comfort Class SUV at the 98th Brussels Motor Show. This launch marks the start of a range transformation, which, in addition to efficient internal combustion engines, will be enhanced from 2020 with 100% electric and plug-in hybrid options. In 2020, Citroën will make low emission vehicles accessible to all through the introduction of 6 new electrified models within the range. All new models launched by the brand will feature an electrified version by 2025, to honor their commitment to responsible energy transition.

Already a reference for comfort, thanks to its suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions, its Advanced Comfort seats and 19 driving assistance technologies, New C5 Aircross SUV enters yet another phase for the Citroën Advanced Comfort program with the new plug-in hybrid offering:

Offering a range of up to 31miles (50kmi) in electric mode, CO2 emissions of 39g/km and consumption of 166mpg (1.7 L/100km)i – WLTP cycle, New C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid represents a new phase in Citroën’s energy transition strategy as it offers a plug-in hybrid engine that combines technology with competitive running costs.

New C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid is produced in France, at the Rennes – La Janais plant, alongside the internal combustion versions that have already sold over 100,000 units.

New C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid is Citroën’s first plug-in hybrid model in the brand’s ‘Core Model Strategy’, which by 2023 will lead to 80% of the range having an electrified version, followed by 100% by 2025, with a new electrified offer every year.

First Look: The New Citroën C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid

New C5 Aircross ë-Comfort class SUV Hybrid is the first step in Citroën’s electrification offensive. The year 2020 will see Citroën transition to an extended range, which will be enhanced by 100% electric and plug-in hybrid models, in addition to the existing powerful internal combustion engines, a strategy which will be concluded by 2025. Starting with New C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid, all new models launched by the French marque will feature an electrified version, a proof of Citroën’s commitment to a responsible energy transition for the mass market, offering models inspired by customers’ needs tailored to as many people as possible, for each segment and in each market.
